MAITS works with business and technical stakeholders to map authority, entitlement ownership, business roles, attributes, policy boundaries, approval chains and separation-of-duties constraints. This can include a policy model document that names the roles, attribute sources, approval chains and exceptions the organisation actually operates, and a facilitated workshop to agree accountable owners for each material entitlement before any control is built.
Delegance implementation can use supported APIs, directories, Microsoft Entra capabilities and application-specific controls, translated into the specific platforms an organisation already runs. Connector availability and integration effort are confirmed during discovery, and delivery can include an integration and runbook artefact describing how each control point is configured, what it enforces, and how it is operated day to day.
Approval, expiry, review, revocation, exception handling and evidence are embedded into a sustainable operating model with named business and technical owners. This can include a defined review cadence for standing and delegated authority, agreed escalation paths for exceptions, and clear ownership so a review is someone’s job rather than a periodic scramble.
Review outcomes, policy exceptions, stale authority and operational friction inform controlled refinement of the model as roles, platforms and organisational structure change. Delegance is a specialist managed access-governance proposition, not a claim of a standalone SaaS console.
